    Partner pricing is wholesale, inter-rental based and varies by equipment type, rental duration, and availability. Approved partners receive preferential rates not available to the end user. We only work with rental companies.

  • Is there a long-term contract required?

    No. The Partner Program has no long-term commitment. Rent when you need fleet.

  • Are discounts available?

    Yes. New partners receive 5% off their first monthly rental, and partners may qualify for additional volume or long-term rental incentives. New partners get priority access to our equipment.

  • Do you compete with our rental rates?

    No. We do not rent to contractors or end users. Our pricing and policies are designed to support — not compete with — rental companies.

  • Who is responsible for damage during the rental?

    The renting partner assumes responsibility for the equipment during the rental period, per the inter-rental agreement. Ask your account representative for details.

  • Do you offer delivery and pickup?

    Yes. Delivery and pickup options are available and scheduled based on location, equipment type, and availability.

  • Can we arrange our own transportation?

    Yes. Partners may coordinate their own transportation with prior approval and proper documentation.

  • What is the typical lead time?

    Lead times vary based on demand. Partners receive priority access and earlier availability notifications.

  • Will your branding appear on the equipment?

    No. The equipment is delivered without our standard branding. Please treat our equipment as your own.

  • Can we rent this equipment directly to our customers?

    Yes. Equipment may be rented to your customers under your rental agreement, provided all partner terms are met.

  • Do you rent in our market to end users?

    No. We exclusively work with rental companies. We do not compete for retail rental business.
